Bug Fixes & Improvements

- Aspire reports only: Fixed issue where the incorrect cost of sale was reported on the Residence Sale Worksheet (the correct values were used on other report pages)
- Users now only need to add a single set of rental real estate report pages to see the details for each individual property (before users could individually select the pages for each individual property, even though there was no indication which set of pages would be associated with which property)
- Prosper and Aspire reports only: Fixed problem where Medicare premiums were not properly reported on the Survivor Income/Expense pages
- Added phaseout for deductible traditional IRA contributions based on Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI)
- Fixed issue where the import summary for integrations would appear only briefly, making it difficult for advisors to review the imported data
- Plan & Elite only: Fixed issue for automatically maxed contributions to SIMPLE plans modeled in Assets > Retirement Plan Strategies where the contributions would not increase from 60-63, per SECURE Act 2.0
- Fixed problem where the incorrect Estate Exclusion amounts would be used for the 10 year estate snapshots
- When including the value over time in today's dollars on the retirement capital projection graphs within reports, that line is now generated based an inflation based present value instead of the NPV discount rate
Moneytree Elite & Essential
New Features & Functionality

- This only happens if the retirement field is $0 and the field was never active when first reaching the page

- Added a toggle to switch between monthly and annual amounts

- In Essential, the toggle applies to all expenses in the budget worksheet
- Added Send to Support functionality

- To access:
- Go to a client's scenario list
- Right click on the scenario you wish support to review (or click the "Actions" button on the far right)
- Select the "Send to Support" option
- Moneytree will get a copy of the client, including all scenarios; the selected scenario helps Support determine which one(s) to focus on
- A case number is required to send information to Support; contact Support to receive a case number (case numbers are valid for 1 week)
- Added a new "Retirement" module to the Analysis section that provides insights into the expected capital at the start and end of retirement, as well as shortage solutions if there is insufficient capital
Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Fixed issue where users could not see the bottom of the listed schools in the college cost estimator when there were 30 to 60 schools in the list (issue did not exist if there were less than 30 or more than 60)
- Negative increase rates are now support for Other Incomes/Expenses in Elite and Special Incomes/Expenses in Essential
- Improved display of tool-tips on the Analysis pages when hovering over the far-right of graphs; tool-tips now shift to the left rather than get smaller

- Fixed issues where integrations would sometimes auto-populate the client search with "null null" when importing data into an existing client
- Fixed a problem where menus would stay open over the top of the import client modal for newly created users (only if the user immediately attempted to import a client the first time they login and accept the EULA)
- Addressed problem where the average inflation would be understated in the Monte Carlo section of a scenario for retired clients
- Made various changes to in Settings for Asset Classes and Asset Class Allocation so that changes in one tab are automatically seen in the other and improved behaviors to prevent errors if a class is renamed or deleted

- Improved behavior of drop-downs when attempting to search and make selections via the keyboard
- Fixed various issues with the notifications when adding client access portals:
- Users should now be able to more reliably see the full message text
- Removed the success message when a user attempts to add more than 4 portals to a client
- Improved language to clarify that the portal limit is based on client record instead of scenario
- Incomes now appear above expenses on the tool-tips when hovering over the projection graph of the Cash Flow Analysis page
