Release notes for version 2.10 - 9/9/2026 - 11:30 AM ET

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Fixed an issue that could prevent the creation of client portals. 
  • Updated the maximum Social Security wage based used for FICA. 
  • The "Alimony & Other Adjustments" line on the Current Year Income Tax (D3) page has been renamed to "Other Adjustments" for simplicity. 

Moneytree Elite & Essential

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Increased the height of the "Data Source" drop-down on the data import modal. 
  • Fixed issue where the UI would freeze after saving a pension from the Future Changes tab. 
  • Improved site performance. 
  • The "Use Alternate Report Date" option is now unchecked by default for new scenarios so that reports always use the current date for the report date by default. 
  • Fixed various issues with the asset and liability breakdowns on the Net Worth analysis and reorganized to better match the data structure used within other projections. 
  • Removed the left-hand Net Worth due to similar issues with the breakdown (this may return in some other form in the future). 
  • The state (collapsed/expanded) of the client age summary in the bottom-left is now cached by the browser, so that it does not revert to the default state when leaving a client scenario. 
  • Fixed issue where users on accounts with multiple advisors could only see data gathering form submissions from people that used their own links; admins and users with permissions to view and edit all contacts can now see any and all form submissions. 
  • Added option during report customization to move a page directly to a desired position within the report. The current page position is pre-populated into the modal. 

Moneytree Elite

New Features & Functionality

  • Added Future Changes to Liabilities, allowing changes to monthly payments and interest rates at specified ages. 
  • Added option to link auto and RV/boat loans to respective personal assets. 
  • Added a Tax analysis page (Prosper projections only) 
    • Top column chart default view shows total annual taxes across major types of taxes 
    • Alternate view for top column chart allows view of cumulative taxes across major types of taxes, along with a net present value of those tax costs. 
    • Tax detail default view below the column chart shows detailed breakdown with exact values for various tax types, credits, and cumulative taxes on the left, and the marginal tax rates attained to the right. 
    • Field in the top-right allows entry of a specified age for evaluation. 
    • Alternate view for breakdown allows view of taxes at the specified age in a pie chart to get a more clear view of the tax breakdowns and the share of each tax type. 

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Fixed issue on the Cash Flow analysis that would allow the entered age for the pie chart to extend beyond the length of the projection. 
  • Added summary information about the selected retirement account balance for Roth conversions, showing the owner, current balance, and rate of return of the selected retirement account balance. 
  • Added tool-tip for the report preview button on the report generation page specifying that the previews are of a sample report. 
  • Improved Future Changes for Education funding: 
    • The "start" column has been expanded to allow either ages or calendar years: 
      • Values between 0 and 120: uses the student age 
      • Values between 1900 and 2500: uses the calendar year 
      • All other values: provides an error message 
    • Start columns now specify that entries are based on the student's age or a calendar year 

Moneytree Essential

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Fixed issue where owner details would be imported incorrectly from Redtail.
